Where is Will Call?
If you have purchased tickets for a SKIN party or a Fling Weekend event, your name will be on a list at the door or event check-in area.

What do I need to pick up my tickets?
To pick up your tickets at Will Call, you MUST bring your confirmation number and a VALID PHOTO ID (valid state issued photo ID card, military ID, or current passport) that corresponds to the name on the credit card used to purchase the ticket. No tickets will be released to you without proper identification. There are no refunds for tickets that are not picked up. You are responsible for checking the age limit for the event. No refunds will be processed for patrons who do not have valid identification for admittance to an age restricted event.

Can I have a will call order sent to me instead?
We do not send tickets in the mail.

Can I put my tickets under somebody else's name on the will call list?
No, each individual will need to pick up their own tickets on the way into the event.

What kinds of service charges will be added to my order?
We are proud to charge some of the lowest convenience charges on the Internet. These charges reflect the costs associated with online sales and are dependent on the price of the ticket. The lowest cost per ticket
available through our website is for a will call ticket.

What happens if an event is canceled or rescheduled?
In the incidence of a complete event cancellation, we will credit the card holders' accounts, of all fans who purchased tickets, for the face value of the tickets purchased. All service fees are non-refundable.

For events that are rescheduled or the venue is changed after your order has been completed, your ticket(s) will be honored on the new date and/or at the new location. To cancel your order upon a date or venue change, contact us with your confirmation number. All service fees are non-refundable.

Please note: any decisions made regarding the rescheduling or cancellation of an event are those of the event organizer and not our website.

What if I did not get a confirmation number?
Your transaction may be incomplete. Please contact us with the email address and name used to make the purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for purchases made via this website.

What should I do if I am disputing a charge?
If you feel you have been charged in error, please contact us for immediate assistance. Disputing the charge with your credit card company is time-consuming and unnecessary since most issues can easily be resolved with the help of our friendly support staff.
